Shirataki is made only from the fiber of the plant, as such it only contains a healthy dietary fiber known as glucomannan. Since it is only made of fiber and water, it is has 0 calories and no cholesterol. Our noodles are made with kosher ingredients that are usda organic certified and free of gluten and soy.
