We reach our low 0.2 to 0.4 percent acidity levels by using only hand-picked, estate-grown, cold-pressed olives, which keep the oil fresh and light for optimum taste. Because we've used the same land for generations, our farming and production techniques are 100 pecent sustainable. Our olive oil contains no sugar, cholesterol or carbohydrates, making it great for people on a variety of diets.
