We believe those traditional methods are still the best ways to retain the flavor, nutrients and health benefits that nature provides. The result yields a dark, green oil that will add a rich pistachio flavor to your favorite dressings, pasta, proteins or baked pastries. Our oil contains low levels of saturated fat, high levels of monounsaturated fatty acid, a decent amount of linoleic fatty acid and has a distinctive roasted and nutty flavor with a medium smoke point.
