Our expeller-pressed grapeseed oil can be heated to 450 degrees for healthy cooking and frying and it's low in saturated fat content. There is a light flavor and our grapeseed oil is star-k kosher certified, non-gmo project verified and it is perfect for everyday use. Expeller-pressed grapeseed oil has a high level of polyunsaturated fat and contains an average of 9.8 g. Of omega-6 per serving.
